Sadly that was supposed to be Zion’s role. Every time Ja does something spectacular, I think about Zion.

Zion will return with a vengeance. How in the world, though, did all the power 5 college coaches miss Ja, particularly since he played AAU with Zion? Did he grow like a foot after his senior year in high school? It’s even more of a puzzle than missing the Curries because of his athleticism.

If he grew a foot he started at 5'3"!

I'm guessing he started a lot shorter than that.

Ugly first quarter between Atlanta and Miami with Young playing particularly bad. If it wasn’t for FTs Atlanta wouldn’t have 10 points.

At least the Hawks aren’t wasting a good game from Young. He and Bogdonavic are a Combined 1-19 from the field - yikes! Miami leads by 26 late in the 3rd.

Turned on Hawks game near the end. J. Johnson playing with team down 30 and teammates didn’t appear to see him on court or ever involve him in the O.

Unless he improves dramatically in the off season, doubt he’s in their long term plans.

Tatum not scoring well thus far. He’s only made one basket and that was a driving layup. Could spell trouble for the Celtics🍀 if he doesn’t pick up that aspect of his game.

Tatum just made back-to-back difficult shots.

Oh, and he just made a sweet three, too.

that would be an ironic, although deserved, twist of fate.

Kyrie just made an incredible pass that led directly to a three-pointer. It was something to see.

Duke's best ever in the NBA have been showing why. Tatum and Irving.

Nets and Celtics tied at 107 with 3:15 to play. This feels like Game 7 of the Finals!

Two of the best, sure, but this conversation should start with Grant Hill.
