Wordles and Waffles and Connections, oh my!

To my knowledge, I do not think I get penalized a turn when I submit a word that Wordle rejects.

If your five letters are something that wordle thinks are not a word, tells you not a a word and you do not lose a guess.

If your five letters are a word but not in the word list, then you get how many are right letter and right place etc. but you could not have the right word and lose the turn. I would prefer in this case that it works just like a non word.

BTW my fourth guess today was a valid word but not in the list.

The word list is the list of possible solutions, which is different from valid words, which means the list of words the game will let you type. Valid words is a superset of the word list.
