Virginia Tech is up 35-21 at the half at NCSU.
Kevin Keatts is not one of the greatest coaches in America like Coach K called him after the game Saturday. He’s about to be 9-10, 2-6 in the ACC. In other words, he stinks in the league’s worst year in decades. He is overmatched in the ACC and appears more apt for leagues like the CAA.
Wake Forest throttled Georgia Tech 80-64 in Atlanta.
The 2021 ACC Champions are currently in last place in the ACC at 7-10, 1-6.
Wake Forest leads the league in total overall wins with 15.
Can I just say that I’m really surprised that the ACC network is allowed to broadcast the Virginia-Pittsburgh game.
I really thought there was a constitutional rule against cruel and unusual punishment. I mean, there’s no way anyone is voluntarily watching this, is there?

UVa beat Pitt last night 66-61.
Louisville beat Boston College 67-54.
UNC has announced that Anthony Harris, a backup wing who gets around 12 minutes per game, will not be with the team the rest of this season. Lots of chatter on the twitterwebs that this is connected to some academic issues Harris is having. Should give more playing time to Kerwin Walton, who has struggled a lot this year considering how good he was as a freshman sharpshooter.

Failing to meet UNC’s academic requirements? How is it possible to perform a quantity of work that is less than zero?
Today’s lines

I believe we can stick a fork in Va Tech... they lose to BC by 5 in Boston. That's gonna be a Q3 loss... ouch. Any loss to BC, GT, or Pitt is really tough for your resume.
At 2-5 in the ACC, Va Tech likely needs to win like 10 or 11 of their remaining 13 conference games to have a realistic shot at the NCAA tourney.
I'm somewhat stunned that VT was #31 in KenPom coming into this game. This loss will hurt that ranking.

Why did the Hokies hire Mike Young again?
Is he more apt for the SoCon than the ACC?
He appears to stink as a coach in the ACC.
