    In the early 1960s CBS ran a special entitled "The Violent World of Sam Huff." Not only did it make Huff more famous than he had previously been, it enshrined in the American psyche the idea the middle linebackers were the toughest, meanest hombres on the face of the planet.

    I came to the same middle linebacker conclusion for a different reason….. Mike Curtis. I suspect Roman Gabriel shares my reasoning.
