I had no idea he had a triple double until well after the game. It was always obvious he was the MOTM, though, despite some sloppiness with the ball early on. I didn't have a clue he had ten assists! That's promising, to say the least.

Wendell wasn't too sloppy with the ball, 10-1 assist to turnover. I thought he played a great game and deserved MOTM.

I agree that he wasn't sloppy in a way that led to turnovers, and he cleaned it up as the game progressed. My comment was a slight nitpick in the context of agreeing that he had a great game, and I explained that it was "obvious" that he was MOTM. Not a perfect game. A great one.

It's worth mentioning in that context that Wendell was bringing the ball up court a good percentage of the time (more often than Roach it looked like to me). So keeping enough control, even early on, to only have one TO is good work, especially given his history.
