Tennessee didn't need me to jinx them, they couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.

That was historically bad shooting, a combined 38 for 132 (28.8%) between Tennessee and Texas Tech.
The 2nd game wasn't much better, a combined 45 for 133 (33.8%) between Villanova and Syracuse.

Foul shooting wasn't much better, the first game was a combined 23 for 41 (56.1%) and the second was a combined 12 for 21 (57.1%).

Is MSG a bad shooting environment? Do RJ and the Knicks tighten up the rims for visitors?

I’m old enough too and was there. Played D3 football, Coach Challace McMillin. Had the choice of Madison College or James Madison University on the diploma.
