RIP Peter Scolari

The actor, who came into American fame starring alongside Tom Hanks in Bosom Buddies and later was also a regular on Newhart, among other things (including Broadway shows) passed away a few days ago at the age of 66 after battling cancer for several years.
Odd how Hanks went on to so much fame and success from the same starting point, whereas Scolari had a more modest, but still successful, career. By all accounts from people who knew him and worked with him he was humble and grateful, gracious and kind.
