The Jayhawks come to Wallace Wade Stadium as a double digit underdog. Discuss the game here.

I want to see this team come out with the same level of preparation/excitement that they had against Northwestern, and not the same that they had against A&T.

And I want to see them finish the same way that they did against A&T, and not the same as they did with Northwestern.

Football is getting a bit overlooked here today.

By the way, I don’t think it’s happening but I’d be very happy to have a home and home with Kansas in MBB again. (Yes, it’s happened before.)

Was this the game in 1988?

I was sitting among the KU basketball office at that game - traded a nosebleed seat I got from a KU professor with the wife of a friend which put me there. I got some very dirty looks when Duke tied the game and then won in OT. It made me smile.

Best Kansas coach I can remember in recent memory: Mark Mangino. I believe they beat Virginia Tech in the 2008 Orange Bowl.

    Duke doesn't do injury updates.

For those of you who don't check out the front page.

Yes, I realize that, but sometimes we hear that so and so was kept out of the 2nd half of the game for precautionary reasons and was back at practice today. Oh well, silence is golden - or not.

Yes. He'd gone down to courtside with a Duke flag in OT, and the police thought it wasn't safe for him.

Wonder how I missed that - or didn't remember it. Unfortunately, KU got paybacks later that year.
