Don't think any one forget nor is disputing this when he's playing. But to be a "consistent star player", you need to be on the floor. And that is where Zion hasn't succeeded. Like, at all.
Happy he is cleared to play without restrictions, but he needs to do everything possible to not get re-injured. Easier said then done, I know, but use some of that Nike money to hire an army of nutritionists, chefs, etc.
