    A few comments . . .

    1. What a view! Even from the 1/2 bath.
    2. Love how they managed to grab a double-rainbow for the occasion!
    3. Is that two washer/dryer sets in the laundry and two sinks?!?
    4. His closet looks very empty - is he still married?
    5. Very similar to Coach Cut's. Locker rooms, bunkbeds, etc.

Oh, and I would KILL for that butler's pantry!!!

Wow. That's a really nice house. I don't 100% agree with all of the design choices but overall it is very well done and I like the vast majority of them. It has a nice balance between being elegant and very livable - not too stuffy. Clearly a lot of thought was put into the design. The elevator is a nice touch.

I'm trying to figure out if that is a tennis court or a pickleball court to get a sense of how big it is. And I like the big putting green with the rough next to it.

I found another listing for this house and taxes are only $20k, which is amazing to me - in the NY area the taxes on a house that costs 10% as much would be higher.

His shoe collection is all mismatched! And is that a sandtrap and green in his front yard?

It's a pickleball court. You can tell because the "boxes" are in the back half instead of the front half (i.e. they're not near the net).

Pretty sweet house and I suspect UT real estate has gone bananas the last couple of years. Where is Quin off to?

Here's another property closer to my neck of the woods that is interesting. I wonder if the local billionaire snatched this one up as he's been buying a few lakefront properties in that community:
    https://www.compass.com/listing/645-...5810304220721/

Not quite a $16M kitchen though! Yikes! Property taxes at $133k/year are quite a deal actually as it's only assessed for like $5M. Quite a departure in taxes from Quin's house. I guess that's the difference between Utah and Illinois.

It would be incredibly sad if somebody tore it down to build new though as the listing suggests ("renovate or build your dream home anew"). That woodwork is amazing. But it will likely take several million in renovations to bring it up to date.

From the picture, it looked like an above ground setup, so not concrete embedded or anything.

That's 15,000 gallon of water. The pool appears to be some kind of framework with a liner so might not have been much construction. The water usage might have been a clue.

    That’s because Baptists don’t sin.

If the menu doesn't list prices and you have to ask, you probably can't afford it. AKA, the Italians know how to live right.

I've had this pleasant chat with some NC friends when I ask them how to reconcile bible belt Greensboro, for example, with prevalent (last time I was there) massage parlors, the topless car wash, etc. They told me sin or at least temptation was required, so there could be redemption, creating a nice circle...(not trying to provoke here)...by contrast, my wee state is the least religious in the country but massage parlors aren't tolerated (though they appear from time to time).

    It's all fine by me...

Wow. That is really beautiful. Incredible location. Though odd that the vast majority of the photos are of the outside and not the inside - no pictures of any of the bedrooms, the kitchen, etc. I also like that one of the amenities is "doorman."

Can you imagine your job is to come with the property?

17 bathrooms? Why? There are 7 bedrooms so figuring 1/bedroom, 1 for guests on the main floor, and 2 by the pool - where, and why, are the other 10?
