Most of the articles about Lin over the course of the season presented him as in the top 10, but I just looked it up and he ended up at #14. Still decent. Nevertheless, he won't be needed for scoring. Pelicans need an efficeint outside shooter and someone who can drive and set up teammates; that's Lin's game. He's also a veteran presence and a positive force in the locker room, both of which I'd assume the Pels could really use.
Unlike Amile, who I am a huge fan of, we've seen what Lin can do when healthy in the NBA. He was great for the Nets before injuries ended his season.
