    Duke has its 2nd 2022 football commitment Eric Weatherly a 170 lb RB from Jacksonville Fl. Lots of offers but Duke and Kentucky are the only P5 ones,

    Linked article talks about his versatility with the ability to catch the ball in the slot. At 5'8" 170 he sounds more like a slot receiver than a RB. Welcome to Duke. Let's win some football games.

    FYI, I just noticed that Chandler Rivers, our first 2022 football recruit is rated higher by ESPN than any of our 2021 recruits. I hope we can make that a trend.

    This kids a sophmore .hes going to a duke camp and is trained by one of cutcliffs guys.
    Good grades good student .6ft 2 205 fairly quick feet aswell .
    Hes interested in Duke not sure if it is reciprocal

    Duke has received a commitment from 6'4" 225 lb. TE Max Klare. He had offers from Georgia Tech, Perdue, Cincinnati and 14 others. He is not rated at this time.

    Of course not. The use of the term "commitments" is an exaggeration, or even a degradation, of the term. For example, in a ham-and-egg breakfast, the hen was dedicated, but the pig was committed. The -- ahem -- "commits" have no skin in the game much less any flesh.
