    I will never forget watching Martin Lawrence give his SNL monologue. If you didn't see it live, you never saw it. (Pre YouTube, of course.) Any replay of that night replaced Lawrence's intro with a scrolling script about how the entire production crew almost got fired.
    And after that night, the monologue was scripted, for years and years and years.

    That's a powerful sketch.

    The (rhymes with Billy Packer) monologue? To each their own. I thought the legal disclaimer shown in reruns was funnier.
