    It's especially sad since, as the article says, he "looked spritely" prior to the injury. I hope he recovers quickly and completely, and has many jaunty games in his future.

    Well you made me go read this, which led me to find the reason they were commenting that way since his previous mishap that apparently made him not so sprite.
