Just be you. You is enough. - K, 4/5/10, 0:13.8 to play, 60-59 Duke.

You're all jealous hypocrites. - Titus on Laettner

You see those guys? Animals. They're animals. - SIU Coach Chris Lowery, on Duke

UNC with a cakewalk to the FF.

I suppose Wisconsin could frustrate the dreaded Heels before we get there, but I fear Baylor will not do the job. I just don't have faith in Scott Drew.

One of the weirder things: Colgate is 9 in the NET and 14-1 on the season. But they've played only 5 teams this year.

i mean, wisconsin is #10kp and a 9 seed...so probably the biggest overall underseed in the tournament. I'm quite happy for the heels to draw them and an OP baylor team for their first two games.

Yeah, I agree. All season, it's seemed that Gonzaga is the best team, with Baylor close behind and Michigan a half-step behind both. I'm fine with the Heels getting Baylor. Recipe for a short post-season.

If the cheats knock off Wisconsin and then Baylor this coming weekend, then they are WAY BETTER than I ever thought they were. That’s a tough first two opponents for any team, much less the cheats. I don’t see them doing it.

I know nothing about Wisconsin but historically they have a lot of size and big guys who can shoot so that’s a good thing. I have this lingering fear that Baylor is going to have another COVID exposure and have to withdraw which will give UNC a bye into the Sweet 16. I may break my TV if that happens.

Agree that if they beat both of those teams to advance then they will have earned it for sure.

Exactly. Wisconsin and Baylor is plenty tough. UNC are not wizards they do not have magic powers. In fact they're looking at four years going: round of 32 loss, sweet 16 loss, losing record, early exit.

Omg. Va Tech hits a buzzer beater 3 to tie with 1.4 seconds left. Looks like overtime. Oops changed to 1.7 seconds.

I'm often impressed by Texas Tech. Beard is certainly an excellent coach.
