I never know when people say "moved back" whether they mean (back = earlier) or (back = later). You hear both a lot.

For staying awake purposes, I'm always hoping for earlier in the evening. Maybe it's time to move to Pacific.

For me, Mountain Time (Eastern less 2 hrs) was the sweet spot. I could see everything in the evening and still get a full days work.
