Day 2 turkey:

sliced with a bit of gravy, mashed (or sweet) potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce/salad and dressing (or stuffing).

Day 3: hot browns and a salad.

The first item is unarguable; one of the main ingredients is bacon and lots of it.

Pretty sure the coyotes decimated the turkeys at my sister's house. Had been 13 turkeys but the number dwindled to 1 - and not convinced that one is around. There were 4 coyotes sitting in the snow in her back yard the other day.
