With those cookies, you're gonna need a lot of paper...

Normally, I like to include photos (see Ymm, Beer) but, not this time.

I mean that list (from Parade, for cryin' out loud...what, is this 1989?) also includes **ANISE COOKIES**. If anyone ever hands me that kind of licorice-stank monstrosity, I will throw it back at them, post haste.

2013. Santa is very, very old and still a well-known world traveler, though Amazon delivered a lot of his gifts during this pandemic year. Don't argue with "the man" or his wife.

I will argue with anus cookies as much and for as long as it takes.

Speaking of "the man", did anyone see "Fatman" starring Mel Gibson? Interesting take on Santa.

Be careful how one pronounces those particular cookies.

Saw the preview for that but never saw it come across any of my streaming services. Did you see it? Worth 2 hours of my life?

No kind of cookie is better than a chocolate chip cookie. After years of searching and trial and error, my wife finally makes what I feel are as good a chocolate chip cookie as it is humanly possible to make. They are amazing.

I put myself through high school and Tech working at The Homestead. The chef at the time was Albert Schnarwyler (sp?) His chocolate chip cookies were absolutely the best I ever had. Used to sneak them out of the kitchen when bussing tables! I'd give an appendage to get some now! Man, now I'm going to be thinking about those all evening...

Good news: my wife will be delighted to share her oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe and makes it with and without pecans; gimme a day or two for transcription purposes

Awesome, then I have to talk my daughters into testing it out.

Certainly different. If you're a traditionalist, don't see it. But of all the stuff that's come out during the pandemic on DVD (how I consume movies), it's one of the best. Kept me amused for the most part and surprised (as in 'didn't see that coming'). Plus I've been a Walton Goggins fan since Justified.

To those who inquired, the recipe has been sent to your PM. No fees involved.
