my thought. he was having a really good game, and jus tneeded to shoot it, and probably would have gotten a call.

Turnovers killed us in first half. It was my tshirt. I know its jinxed. I'll do better next time. This team is killing me.

We've been in a tight game with two minutes to go this season like 5 or 6 times, and have only won one of them. That, and TOs was the story...cut down on those unforced TO errors and we win. Also UNC clearly shot lights out and somehow doesn't foul. Bummer to be sure but I still think the squad played significantly better than they did vs Miami.

Starting the game with a turnover after failing to fully corral the tip-off really was a signal for how this was going to go.

This team has been one play away all year, and was once again tonight. Not what we’re used to seeing as Duke fans. But this isn’t a normal year.

I’m proud of how our guys fought. I’m proud of Henry Coleman stepping up. I’m proud of Joey playing with confidence. I’m proud of JGs intensity. I’m still and always will be proud to be a Duke Blue Devil, one tough season be darned.

points off turnovers is a silly stat. Jim can wax poetic on that one. Turnovers, sure.

Allowed 30 points off of turnovers. Team fought hard and kept battling back and battling back but just seemed to make mistakes at almost every crucial opportunity.

It went down to the wire. It was entertaining when it wasn’t frustrating.

It was a hard fought game. The guys showed heart but came up short.

It was like the outcome of the game was foreshadowed right from the opening tip, when Moore thought he had the loose ball and then watched it go out of bounds off of him.

Story of the season. Play just hard enough to lose. A lot of nice contributions from unexpected players and everyone played hard, but the turnovers, defense and overall lack of poise in big moments is just a broken record at this point.

Goldwire left it all out there and nearly stole a win for the team.

Really some good moments from a bunch of guys in that game but hard to win when your opponent shoots 67% from 3. Whoever made that pie bet about our opponents shooting better than average from 3 is in good shape I think.

Moore had a pretty solid 38 minutes but the first and last minute were rough. He actually did a good job attacking the rim at times but I don’t know that he’s the one you want taking your last shot right now (unless it’s a put back). Just not strong enough with the ball, which is wild because I thought he showed a lot of strength crashing the boards tonight.

Can I have more Henry Coleman please?

Thought Roach had a really nice stretch there too. He’s getting better.

Like many games this year, this was winnable but they just couldn’t quite execute and the fouls and turnovers came back to bite them.

They're making baby steps of progress. Good to see Baker make some shots. Coleman showed well. Williams is making an impact. The poise is still lacking though. And please, identify and do not leave the hot shooter (Love). All building blocks for next season.

This movie is on repeat and getting very tiring to watch. Team does not understand how to win- maybe they will get it at some point- but this season now is all about gaining experience for next.
