    If you walk down a street in Vermont, there's a good chance you'll get dragged into an alley and someone will give you a jab...clinics are everywhere, no reservations needed for a bunch of them. Gov has vowed to open everything up by July 4, and he plans to do it by inoculating folks, one way or another.
