10-2 at the half. AF hasn’t scored in over 18 minutes. Joe Rob having a day, with four goals and two assists. Tyler Carpenter doing Tyler Carpenter things, with two CTs.
Protest allowed.
15-5 now after two in a row by Montgomery at the end of 3. Nice to see Robertson kicking in high gear w/ 5 goals.

we scored 12, 16, 17 and 19 goals in the first four games, is 20 possible today? I like the basic trend...
Robertson having a career day: 7 G, 3 A.
Duke gets out of February with no hiccups. 17-7 is your final.
Sowers needs 71 points to catch Lyle Thompson for the all-time scoring total. I’m not betting against him.
Duke’s ride was fantastic today; six blown clears for AF, and two Duke goals directly from turnovers caused by attackmen.
Next weekend will be a challenge, playing Richmond and High Point Friday-Sunday.

Duke is one step ahead of you. The new schedule is Sun-Wed instead of Fri-Sun.
Although I expected that a different Syracuse team would show up tonight, the 20-10 win over UVA is a surprise.

Yes, a huge surprise. Pretty clear demonstration that the transitivity principle (UVA beats Army, Army beats Syracuse, therefore UVA will beat Syracuse) is invalid.
ACC lax could be wild this year--no telling who could win any game. Here's hoping Duke fine tunes things through their three remaining nonconference games and is ready to go for conference competition.
Will be interesting to see the polls next week. This week Duke got 10 first place votes, UVA 8, and unc 4. Duke had 416 points, UVA 415, and unc 414. Unc has been crushing it. Where will those 8 UVA votes go? Although the only poll that matters is the one after Memorial Day. Dano is still fine tuning the machine, with two new starters at midfield today.
After beating High Point 2 weeks ago by just 2, UNC played them again yesterday and won 37-12.
