    This obit glosses over his Duke tenure but Goetz was an assistant for Bill Foster in that marvelous 1978 run.

    Yes he was a good man. He played for Bill Foster at Rutgers, then was his assistant at both Utah and Duke. If memory serves, his wife Tracey is Dick Groat’s daughter.

    That is correct, Tracey is Dick Groat's daughter. She is a very successful real estate broker in Durham. RIP, Lou.
