    [125]Wake Forest (0-3) (+8) hosts [26]Louisville (3-0) (8:30, ACCN)
    [70]Georgia Tech hosts [76]Pittsburgh (POSTPONED)

Well, there may be at least one very good team in the ACC.

Florida State crushed NC State 105-73 and did it with outstanding shooting. Some of the stats are stunning:
12-18 from 3-pt for FSU (NC State didn't do badly in that area -- hitting 11-26)
    11-11 FT
    41-58 FG = 70.7%

    And
    Rebounding advantage 32-19
Assists -- 24 assists for FSU vs 10 for NC State
    Seminoles led 57-32 at half

I watched that game. Outliers exist, but it sure looked to me like FSU is absolutely the team we thought they might be pre-season. Just really talented, really athletic, and really long.

Justin Champagnie warming up with his teammates before the Syracuse game. Will be interesting to see if he plays. Obviously would affect our upcoming game with Pitt, too, if arguably their best player is back early from injury.

An update on my post above -- looks like Champagnie is in (and our upcoming game against them got tougher).

Pitt's Justin Champagnie (knee) is participating in warmups and expected to play today against Syracuse, per a school spokesman. Was averaging 17.8 PPG and 12.3 RPG. Significant ACC news.

Watching FSU vs UNC. There are a lot of teams in the ACC better than Duke is right now.

Heels hit 10 threes and sill lost 82-75. Both teams have a lot of weapons. FSU played without their star freshman who tweaked his ankle against NCS.

Someone please explain to me how Florida State is not ranked.

No Scottie Barnes, no problem beating UNC by 7.
Why are you wasting time here when you could be wasting it by listening to the latest episode of the DBR Podcast?

They look as good or better than anyone else in the ACC at the moment. Maybe it's the small sample set?

How about the FT Shooting of FSU.. 11/11 v NCS. 26/27 !! Vs UNC. And that’s a big FSU team. Not a bunch of 6’1 guards shooting those FTs. Many by 6’ 8 and 7’1 guy. Honestly if Hurt is so good at shooting 3s he should be more dependable for us at FT line

    Clemson-UVa

8 minutes in and UVa is up 12-2. While I respect UVa's defense, I can't stand to watch basketball like this.
