    Yikes. Westphal was almost exactly my age. Six months younger, actually. One of the players Portland passed over to draft LaRue Martin no. 1 in the 1972 NBA draft.

    And Little? Syracuse had Jimmy Brown, Ernie Davis, Floyd Little and Larry Csonka in about a decade.
