Like, if you're playing for somebody that's real high status and every time you make a mistake, especially as a young guy, you're going to look over your shoulder and think, 'Am I about to come out if I turn the ball over?' and things like that, but he always instill[ed] confidence and made me believe in myself."

Bobby must not have liked that when K did it to him. Or any of the other handful of players who have had to take an extended seat when they screwed up.
