    During those days, I wandered into a Duke-UNC game and was astounded by Duke's offense. UNC clearly had bigger, better personnel, but the offensive playcalling befuddled their defense...hadn't been on campus for a few years at that point, wasn't up on the coaching and such. Spurrier was remarkable at keeping a defense off balance.
