R.I.P. Helen Reddy
Very sad that Helen Reddy finally succumbed to her dementia yesterday afternoon. Her most famous song, "I Am Woman", became an anthem for women's empowerment in the '70s, and I will miss her clear voice and upbeat song style. She was 78 years old when she died.

Billboard has an article pointing out the parallel careers of Helen Reddy and Mac Davis, who also died Tuesday at the age of 78.
