2020 still doing it’s thing. Got word this week that my 73-year-old mother has been diagnosed with breast cancer. It appears to be the most common type — invasive ductal carcinoma — so treatment should be fairly straightforward (likely surgery followed by some combo of chemo and radiation). Still ... not a set of conversations one enjoys having.
