Which particular cluster**** are they talking about? There are several to choose from.
Jokes aside, it is a really good read, from the perspective of those (that were) being told to show up to class.
Two quotes toward the end stand out.
https://www.dailytarheel.com/article...LTOu3XWOcPMJd4We’re angry — and we’re scared. We’re tired of the gaslighting, tired of the secrecy, tired of being treated like cash cows by a University with such blatant disregard for our lives.
UNC is often recognized for the ambition demonstrated by its students and faculty, and the administration’s insistence to maintain an on-campus presence amid a pandemic can definitely fall under that.

I feel bad for the college students who come to campus ready to follow the rules and stay safe. Because then you see scenes from C-Hell a week or so ago where dozens of little sorority girls are streaming from an off-campus rush function, none wearing masks. I wonder how many of them went back to Granville Towers, Ehringhaus, Hinton James, etc, and personally spread the virus. I wonder how many of them are now whining about having to go home.
Also, a huge sorority house at Oklahoma State is on lockdown. Are they seriously trying to have rush functions?!? The nationals should take some responsibility for this.
huge sigh of relief from the two faculty folks I know over there...they refer to the Idiot Administration and didn't see any way this "plan" was going to work.
NC State reporting cases due to off-campus get together.
