I started growing out my hair for a rock concert a little over 2 years ago and I keep forgetting to cut it ever since.

I almost never had good hair, and as a result, don't miss it too much. One side tended to grow straight out for almost a couple inches before changing direction and laying down. The other side much less so. That's still the case with what's left on and up the sides, so I buzz it on "1" every couple weeks. And I get the woman to whom I'm related by marriage to do the back of my neck, since I'm no good at getting it even.
The only thing I miss about the up top hair, other than it took with it a fair share of my devilish good looks , is that it used to soak up sweat pretty well, and now the sweat either drips down to my eyes quickly or, if I'm thinking ahead, it gets soaked up by a bandana or hat.
Borrowed some clippers and let my daughter go to work. She did an amazing job after watching some youtube videos. Only issue was it took her about an hour-and-a-half vs. the 15 minutes at the barber shop. Here are before/during/after pics.

P.S. Don't know why my head looks ridiculously small in the "during" picture

One more social distanced, bring your own food and booze picnic this weekend (we're enjoying these very much), one more observation/accusation that I'm looking like Boris Johnson. More eating like I did this weekend and the similarity will grow.
