Provolone, a good sharp one. Those other two are step cheeses...sure, they're in the family, but they ain't real cheese blood!

When I was a cheesesteak rookie in 1980, I foolishly looked down on "wit" until I was urged to try it...and the vision of the paint stick oozing around in the jumbo whiz container is something to behold...

    One feature only today:

    National Fudge Day

Someone should be able to get a Ymm, Beer post out of that one; on the proper thread, of course.

I believe I have all the ingredients at home to make Kraft Fantasy Fudge. But do I really need 2 9x13 pans of fudge?

A client left a box of donuts with us today - so need would now be relative, right?

Y'all save your calories tonight as tomorrow will be a wonderful foodie day:

    National Eat Your Vegetables Day
    National Stewart’s Root Beer Day
    National Apple Strudel Day
    National Cherry Tart Day

Couple of those could even be discussed on Ymm, Beer if you found the appropriate pastry stout and/or fruited sour/milkshake IPA to sip.

    Friday is National Martini Day.

I have a lot of Basil growing right now. Made some Basil Gimlets last weekend. Looked it up and the recipes for a Basil Gimlet and Basil Martini are almost the same so I'll probably be having one of those.
