Well before Wonder Woman, she was hired to direct Thor: The Dark World, but left the project because she did not like the script. Kevin Feigie has said that not trusting Patty Jenkins and letting her make her own version of that movie is one of his greatest mistakes running the MCU.

I grew up in DC in the 80s, so there was a lot to like from that perspective - old Georgetown re-creation, the Watergate, and even the Commander Salamander store. But other than that, this movie was a wreck IMO. My kids kept asking me "why did that just happen?" to which my frequent answer was "I have no idea - it doesn't make any sense".
In addition to the points people made above:
Spoiler!
Warrior s1-2 coming to HBO. Just finished this thoroughly entertaining 20 episode action series on Cinemax. On Jan. 1, 2021 it comes to HBO. Warrior takes place in San Francisco 1878. The Chinese occupy Chinatown and the warriors are in tongs (families/gangs) and control the opium trade, brothels and casino (you don't want to owe money to a Chinese casino). The Chinese arch enemy are the Irish since the Chinese have displaced the Irish as the source for cheap labor. This series has terrific fight scenes. Kung Fu oriented hand to hand fight scenes is the primary feature of the series. Language is not much of an issue since the main character's grandfather was American and the other Chinese have lived in San Francisco long enough to understand English. There are plenty of strong women characters, One is even an outstanding with a sword. The plot and subplots are easy to follow. If you like hand to hand fighting in every format and gore and violence, give this series a watch. Warrior makes Cobra Kai look like a children's series. Female nudity is plentiful in ep. 1-3 but drops off sharply after that. S1 episode 5 when the two Chinese stars go to Nevada via stagecoach is the best Western episode I have ever seen.
I honestly thought the first WW wasn’t all that great either. Captain Marvel gets much worse reviews and I think it is easily the better film. WW was one of those films that seemed great to me at first viewing but it gets worse every time I watch it.
Wife and I are officially the last people on the planet to start Schitts Creek. Enjoying it.
Son and I watched Greyhound last night. Good, but not nearly as good as Das Boot.
We were one of the rare few that watched when it premiered, and loved it instantly. The advantage of watching now is that it is totally binge worthy with short seasons, so you can watch all of the episodes in a short time frame.
My current "catching up with the rest of the planet" adventure is watching all of the MCU movies on Disney+. I had only seen the original Iron Man in theaters, and beyond that the only others I've watched at all are the two Guardian movies and both Hulks. (I know the first Hulk isn't really in the mix, and I've got no urge to watch either again.)
I'm basically watching one a night, with IM2 a couple nights ago, then Thor, and finished Captain America last night.
Skinny Chris Evans was disturbing.

Charlie Brooker & Annabel Jones put together a show recapping 2020.
cspan's one-word review:
Onionesque.
And you thought JE was efficient.
Late to the party but the wife and I just watched Tenet tonight. Oof, we thought it was bad. She couldn't finish it. I did but neither of us had any more than a general sense of what was happening both in the story arc and on a scene-by-scene basis. The dialogue was bland. The acting was blah.
I seem to recall this film getting good reviews and it has a 7.6 on IMDB. I'm assuming some of that is a halo from Christopher Nolan's other films. Or maybe we just both completely missed the film's brilliance. It was a complicated trick he was trying to pull off with the palindromic-entropy-whatever-the-hell and it just didn't work for us. Really disappointed. Had been looking forward to seeing it.
A never-before-seen scene from the Office... such a gem!!

I confess to having missed the joke, too.
We watched The Grizzlies this evening. It was a very nice based-on-true-events movie about a white teacher in Nunavut who builds a lacrosse program at the local school. It's a pretty heartbreaking and uplifting story. Recommend.
