Ha, if we are thinking of the same dark haired gentleman, I recall one incident during perhaps an exhibition hoop game in which this fellow, displeased by the defense of his lads, thwacked his leather soled shoe on the court (bearing his name) and it sounded like a gunshot, accompanied by a most robust four letter word (ending in ck) which absolutely reverberated throughout the otherwise silent venue. It was impressive. (No one told him to tone it down, IIRC).

I know what you mean about Dylan. For me, I don't really enjoy listening to him perform most of his songs. BUT. He was an incredible songwriter. Really excellent lyrics. Any time an artist I even moderately like does a Bob Dylan cover it is usually phenomenal. To me, Dylan's greatness has almost nothing to do with his musical performances and everything to do with his songwriting.

Ha I knew I'd ruffle some feathers. It's not that I can't stand them because I do like some of their music. I guess I just like my music a little more on the rock side of things. I definitely do not hate them, it's just that I don't see what all the fuss is about is a better way of putting it.

My wife and in-laws all love caviar. My MIL used to buy (when Iranian caviar was available and you didn't have to take out a second mortgage to buy it) a tin of caviar to be served on Thanksgiving day, before the big meal. They ALL went crazy for the caviar and I would eat a very small portion just to be sociable (like a very small spoonful on a small piece of toast with some smoked salmon and lemon). But, IMHO, it has no discernible taste (I'd rather eat Cheetos!) and the thought of eating fish eggs makes me a little nauseous.

I can see how someone, lots of someones, could "like" the album but the "#2 greatest rock album of all time" according to RollingStone? I guess I've generally leaned toward the harder/more aggressive stuff. It took me until later in life to really appreciate the Beatles.

Granted. Nothing better than a fluffy, pillowy omelet.

There is a little dive in Norfolk, virginia called Charlie's that has the best omelets in the world. They frappe the eggs in a milkshake machine and finish them in the oven. Completely heavenly.

I'm super weird on this one. I love eggs. Scrambled, sunny side up, over easy, you name it. And eggs over medium mixed in my grandma's homemade grits is probably my favorite meal of all time.

But I absolutely hate omelets and I cant understand why. I want to love them. I've tried them every way known to man, and I just don't like them. And more often than not, they give me a stomach ache. Maybe its mental

I’ll one up everyone here, just music in general. The first piece of music I’ve bought for myself... hasn’t happened yet and I’m nearly 50. I’ll listen politely, but the thought of even spending $10 to go to a concert makes me gag, let alone whatever it costs these days(the last non school concert I went to was an orchestra playing the music to various Looney Tunes cartoons with the music taken out of them in the 1990s)
