Some dude set up a camera next to a log that fell across a creek and they made a video of all the animals that used the log to cross. Great stuff!

Why are you wasting time here when you could be wasting it by listening to the latest episode of the DBR Podcast?

Why do I laugh at each appearance of a bear bum?

Nice camera work there! Loved the bobcats most of all.

The big black bear on my avatar was from a game camera in New Bern.
It was tagged a couple of years back, and according to the boys at NCWRC weighed 734 pounds!

Those kingfishers were damned good at catching sizable fish.

    We've got a stand-off!

Glanced at the feed to see that battle lines have been drawn!

    Bout to be a throw-down!

Then, at 15:19:30, everyone scatters. I guess the cops showed up and scared the crips and bloods away.

Ever had one run at ya and pull up 2 feet away? Funny ain’t the word. Had to change my unmentionables, that’s for sure!

They can be pretty darn funny and cute though...

I laughed at the bear who slipped. One of the bobcats did, as well. (But the log was wetter for the bobcat.)

You’re good people!!! True story, just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Bear was making his/her escape while I was waking up to tackle a big hike!!!

Huh. Forgot I had the live feed open in the background.

Found out the Feeding Trough is very close to a train crossing, and a train crosses at 9:10 PM, and the deer disappear.

Four or five years ago I actually merited a dot, very exciting times, shots of sugar water on the house!
