    I attended the Duke - Syracuse game in 2014. My buddy and I parked in the VA Hospital parking garage next to the Carrier Dome. An older gentlemen who parked next to us started talking to us and commented:

    “I was listening to the radio the other day and host said it was going to be a bad winter. I have no idea where this fella was at but let me tell you something, when you live in Syracuse, every winter is a bad winter.”
