Army Ranger
Agree "I (we) needed that!" applies to this story.
It is worth noting that enrolling in and passing Army Ranger training is no small feat. Many fall out along the way.
I can only imagine the extra motivation/strength/determination needed by Marshall in order to complete the physical and mental training involved.
