An up and down day for Streelman. He shot a 70 (-2) in a round that included an eagle and four birdies; unfortunately, it also included a double bogey and two bogeys.
Streels is -7 and T39 for the tournament.

Celine Boutier is currently tied for 4th place at -7. The former Duke star is only 2 shots out of the lead. This tournament field is limited to players that have won a tournament in the last two years. It's being played in Lake Buena Vista Florida. Celine tee time is 11:10 am this morning. Good luck to this bright young star on the LPGA.

Wes Roach is T9 headed into today’s final round.
Kevin Streelman and Adam Long failed to make the cut.

Roach was even par in the final round until disaster struck on hole 7 -- a dreaded "snowman" on a par four. Two shots in the water and some other awful stuff. Let me put it this way -- he sunk a 31-foot putt for his 8. He is now at +4 for the round and has dropped 43 positions on the leaderboard.

The game is a cruel mistress, indeed.
When my kids were young and just learning the game, they made up names for scores higher than a "snowman." They called 9 a "balloon." Anything in double digits was known as a "super-duper ultra-extreme mega-bogey."
This week’s event is the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines in San Diego. Kevin Streelman is T61 at -1. It is Moving Day so he needs a good round to move up the leaderboard.

Kevin Streelman shot 68 (-4) on Saturday to move up 40 spots to T21 heading into today’s final round. He is at -5 seven strokes behind the leader.

Celine Boutier is tied for 5th going into the 4th round on the LPGA tour.
By the way, tied for third is this dude, Cameron Champ, who played for Texas A&M. He is 24 and from Sacramento; he won the Safeway Open earlier this year and is top ten in FedEx Cup points. How did Duke miss on this guy -- or did we even recruit him? Maybe a future candidate for an honorary degree?
