WTH? No predictions yet?
Based on our slowish start vs A&T and the 13 points we gave up to them, I'll go with:
Duke 31
MTSU 20
[redacted] them and the horses they rode in on.

The writer tried to come up with a set theory based bunch of stuff to say about which games were on which platform, but got his sets confused.
The schedule is on https://watchstadium.com/schedule/
On the actual channel and app it doesn't seem to show future events.
I found Stadium by searching at the main menu level for Stadium and it then gave me a link to find it inside the Roku Channel. I couldn't find it under the channel search by itself. When I did navigate to it inside Roku channel, I saw one live channel which was showing a slideshow of future programs, but not specific games. Presumably, when you go on Saturday, you will see specific games as the watchstadium schedule shows multiple games at once, but who knows.
The other thing I found on Roku is a CUSA.TV channel. That shows future games of CUSA schools, but only goes through Friday right now. Possibly tomorrow it will have the Saturday games listed. I will check in the morning.
It's there at that link now. If you click on the specific game, it will send you to this Facebook link for CUSA's page.

Duke at Middle Tennessee

Q "Why do you like Duke, you didn't even go there." A "Because my art school didn't have a basketball team."

I had never heard of the term "Middle Tennessee" until I moved there this summer, and yes it is definitely a Thing here (any newscast has at least two, usually more, mentions of the term). There are a LOT of trees, but so far I haven't detected any Ents. And yes, I will be making the half-hour drive up to Murfreesboro Saturday to witness the game.
Game notes are up: https://goduke.com/documents/2019/9/...Notes_MTSU.pdf
Duke 35, MTSU 17. I have spoken...
I'm surprised that no one has commented on the fact that Jake Bobo is practicing.
Quoting Jim:
"Slot wide receiver Jake Bobo, tight end Jake Marwede and defensive end Ben Frye have started practicing, albeit with limits. Don’t expect to see any this week. When Bobo returns, Duke will find ways to get he and freshman sensation Jalon Calhoun on the field at the same time, with Bobo the one moving outside."
Happy to read this; will be happier to see him/them in the line-up again.
[redacted] them and the horses they rode in on.
Duke 31 - 14 MTSU.

Steve Wiseman on Jalon Calhoun:

Coach Cutcliffe on Calhoun and colleges recruiting him as a cornerback:
He needed to get the ball. He’s dynamic with the football. I think deep in his mind he wanted to play offense and that’s why he ended up at Duke.
