That was awesome. Poignant and kind of sad, but awesome memories. That 78 team is one of my favorites, and I always thought there was a continuum effect from Foster to K, to some degree....we were lucky to have him.

I couldn't agree more! That team had great chemistry and personality and led by a great coach who should be honored more so by all Duke fans past and present. If memory serves me correct, Foster got a ridiculous technical called on him in the first couple of minutes of the championship game against Kentucky. I knew then, it was gonna be a heart breaker, and it was.
