I believe it's called animal husbandry in 1950's vernacular. They have a whole building on campus dedicated to it.

Tony Haynes is more like Dave Nathan. Both jumped ship at the first opportunity. I don't count them.

WRT dairy, I had visions of their annual ice cream booth at the NC State Fair dancing in my mind and on my palate...

    Damn, now I'm hungry...

[redacted] them and the horses they rode in on.

Did you know State is opening up an off-campus Ice Cream shop at the Lake Wheeler Dairy Farm/Lab. Should be open soon. Can't wait! Definitely being known as an Dairy school. Mooo!

They are selling the NC State Ice Cream under the Howling Cow brand at the Harris Teeter in Durham. It's really good.

Yep, Tony grew tired of working late March, early April and traveling to Final 4s. He’ll never have to do that again.

Terrific dig at State but I thought Tony was simply reassigned to State games when Capitol Broadcasting acquired rights to broadcast Duke FB and BB games. Websearch turned up this instead: http://history.capitolbroadcasting.c...-vs-duke-1981/

OMG was that a pitiful, sleep walking effort.

Was? Kinda seems like it kept going. We close the half at 5-34 from the field, including 0-10 from three. Is that the worst shooting half for a Duke team, ever? It's got to be close.

The game announcers just said it's the fourth-lowest halftime point total ever. I still don't know if it is a record in shooting futility, but it is hard to believe that any team could do much worse than 14.7%.

Been shopping at Walmart, just came home to catch 4th quarter.
I might go back to Walmart, it was more fun.
A 14 point first half? Really? Jeez..
Q "Why do you like Duke, you didn't even go there." A "Because my art school didn't have a basketball team."

You could score more points than that heaving it at the basket every time as soon as you crossed half court.

Clemson is bad enough that we still have a chance.

I honestly don't *think* there's enough time left, but I admit that I'm not completely sure.
