    Ymm, Pie

If you win a pie on DBR, pick from this website:
    Pie Choices:
    https://gtpie.com/menus/pies/

    Or try
Moravian Sugar Cake from Dewey's in Winston-Salem:
    https://www.deweys.com/bakery/baked-goods/

Thanks Chillin! the Suttons Bay Blueberry arrived today and is delicious! It tastes like a perfect blueberry cobbler, and Duke blueberries are a delectable way to celebrate the return of Tre Jones!

And also thanks Left Hook for the Cherry Ganache. That bad boy is long gone. You all have to try that pie. It's pretty unbelievable. Dark chocolate ganache over a cherry pie. But much better than I expected. Warm it up.
And without further ado, because nothing pairs with pie like... ice cream? No. Beer of course.
From DevilDeac for the Cherry Ganache:

"I'd pair that pie with almost any imperial stout, with or without bourbon barrel aging and with or without any fruit of coffee additives. A pint of Foothills Sexual Chocolate *might* be my first choice. Maybe you should start a Ymm, Pie thread..."

So credit to Devildeac! And it goes on EK Board because pies are bet on Duke sports.
Degeneracy never tasted so good. Good luck!

Thank you, thank you very much (with my best elvis14 intonation ).

And, if y'all gonna spend much time winning on this thread, or the History of the Pie thread, you'd better keep this in mind, too:

Truer words never spoken. I just had a delicious slice of pie and now I'm off to the gym to pretend to work off those calories. Worth it though. Life is short - eat pie and drink beer.

To kick off this thread, I'll propose a pie bet. I don't expect any takers, but ya never know.

I'll take the Warriors right now to win these NBA Playoffs. You get the field. Winner gets a pie. Anybody wanna play?

Man, you must be taking some heat for moving this thread. I think 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes using 9 inch deep glass dishes would be perfect for one of those cherry pies...

I think you need at least a couple pies in the oven then...
