    NCAA tournament broadcast overseas access

I'll be in Europe over the first weekend of April. I'm not the least bit technologically savvy, but will have a smart phone and laptop, with access to wifi, certainly.

I suspect that I will not be anywhere that one might find a local sports bar catering to American college basketball fans. Can anyone suggest a source for Final Four tournament coverage? And if the answer is streaming (whatever that means), how do I arrange that service?

At least in the UK, ESPN offers the ESPN Player (https://espnplayer.com/page/ncaa), streaming all NCAA tournament games. BT Sport ESPN also has a few games live on local cable (if you can find a pub nice enough to change channels, that's an option). Elsewhere in Europe, you might have similar solutions, but I'm not familiar with those, unfortunately.

Try the reddit page for NCAA Basketball streams r/ncaaBBallStreams
Download the ACE Stream player. Should work anywhere.
