Totally agree. Unbelievable he passed up that layup to tie. Auburn is very lucky, especially after fouling the 3 point shooter.

To add to the lack of understanding, NMSU had all the momentum and Auburn’s best PG fouled out. Take overtime. It just doesn’t make sense.

Maybe it's a character flaw, but the only time I can ever cheer for UK is if they are playing directly against that team down the road which wears light blue. Even then, I find it somewhat abhorrent that one of them actually has to win. I prefer not to be presented with that Hobson's choice.
