I didn't see it, since I am at work, but my adult son texted me that it was insane. He was also incredulous about the guy passing up the sure two.
"We are not provided with wisdom, we must discover it for ourselves, after a journey through the wilderness which no one else can take for us, an effort which no one can spare us, for our wisdom is the point of view from which we come at last to regard the world." --M. Proust
Man, that was dumb play after dumb play down the stretch. Thankfully Auburn was able to hang on.
Kentucky cruising early. They have a lot of talent and depth inside, so hopefully they can survive until Washington returns.
Halftime: Kentucky 39, Abilene Christian 13. (Tripled!)
The Abilene Christian coach may need to change his shorts as well as his pants during the break.
Here's an article from a local paper, referencing a letter Wojo wrote to a young basketball player with a broken arm.

Maybe it's a character flaw, but the only time I can ever cheer for UK is if they are playing directly against that team down the road which wears light blue. Even then, I find it somewhat abhorrent that one of them actually has to win. I prefer not to be presented with that Hobson's choice.
Rach gu ifrinn, Carolina! 9F. Go, Iona!
This slipped under the radar this evening with the NDSU-Duke game on at the same time, but Georgia State senior (and Jordan Goldwire's cousin) Devin Mitchell ended his college career with 12 points off the bench in the 84-55 loss to Houston.
C’mon Iona, I need you to win the 2nd half as well.
