Actor Jan Michael Vincent passed away from cardiac arrest in an Asheville hospital last month, but the report was just released yesterday. He was 73.

Loved Airwolf growing up.
Tried to watch an episode a couple of months ago.
The video fidelity was terrible, and was overall unwatchable.
