My first answer would have been Satisfactions, which is now closed.
Devines and Tylers should be options, along with Bull City Burgers and Tabacco Road Sports Cafe.
My daughter(34 years old) is in Durham for the next month. She needs a recommendation for a decent bar to watch a game.
Any suggestions?

I think this would also depend what part of Durham she's staying in. Downtown, Devine's and Tobacco Road Sports Cafe. Also, Clouds Brewing in Brightleaf.
North Durham and South Durham, I'm less sure although in South Durham I've heard good things about Matty B's Public House.
Matty B’s is very small and very hit or miss, especially on the service side when it’s busy. Not at the top (or middle) of the list of places I’d recommend.
A better choice in S Durham is Town Hall Burger near southpoint as they have a relatively small up front eating area but an adjacent bar area with lots of tvs and good bit more space.

I enjoy the Ale House at South Square....good food, good prices, good service...a giant TV and lots of other TVs all around....cod beer too 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
Yes—————Ale House has great fish ‘n Chips too....😉😉
Nice “ catch” BTW 🥴🥴
Are we fin-ished with these ridiculous puns?
So, long story short — I am at Devine’s. If anyone is here for the game come by and first beer is on me.
