Zion all the way. RJ had a good game, but he takes many more shots than Zion to have about the same result. Could've played a better second half...

Def Zion but Bolden needs some consideration as well

On one of his blocks, the Pitt player was ZIONIZED! Can I copyright that?

Yes, Zion was outstanding, but I have to show some love for Marques Bolden, who put together a very solid performance tonight. He looked more active than I’ve ever seen him in a Duke jersey: he had a few emphatic blocks and was diving for loose balls. I thought he lent a ton to our defensive effort tonight by protecting the rim.

I thought Bolden had a solid game as well. But MOTM is MOTM - it was Zion, with a nod to Barrett for running point again.

Well said kako, if this were "Man who had a good game supporting the MOTM", I'd vote for Bolden but Zion was....himself and this is a MOTM poll not a MWHAGGSTMOTM poll.

But if this is really true, does ANYONE other than Zion or RJ win this year?

Not often, and that's OK. I still think we should rename it ZOTM for the next couple of months.

Reddish won for the FSU shot. And I think Jones has had and will have some great games (it's possible to be MOTM without leading a team in scoring). But Zion/Barrett should win the lion's share... as it probably should be if Duke is to win it all.

I think I've voted for Zion 13 or 14 times out of our 18 games thus far. He's the best player in college basketball, and I don't really think it's all that close. RJ is a national player of the year front runner in almost any other year, but IMO, Zion has put some considerable distance between himself and the other contenders with his incredible efficiency and consistency.
