Can we stop and appreciate how the ACC Coastal turned out this year? 6 of the 7 teams are (IMO) basically equally good as each other, the only team that is an outlier in how awful they are is UNC.
UVA's loss might could help us...IF we can beat Wake, end up 8-4 vs their 7-5, we could sneak into a Tier One bowl...UVA snatched that one from the jaws of victory, Perkins couldn't be stopped until, like Ademola, he stopped himself. Ouch.

Yes, uNC is not as weak as its record would imply. State, please show up today!
UNC reminded me of some Duke teams that were competitive, but just could not close the deal. There is a lot of talent there, but lots of injuries and really bad coaching.
I always wonder how much better Chazz would have been with Cut coaching him. I bet he wonders that, too.
Go State!!!
Yes, Chazz' brother is indeed one of two really good WRs Wake has...and they throw to him a lot - at least in the games I've seen (not a lot).
And yes, I too wonder, if Chazz wonders how he'd be doing under Cut. Certainly he knows DJ, and no doubt always thought he was better than DJ...and now is seeing what DJ is doing with Cut.
and brawl after the game with punches thrown. cheats keep it classy
At least my second favorite team won today.
[redacted] them and the horses they rode in on.
Fedora's response to a question about the televised bench-clearing scuffle that staff had to break up: Our team was celebrating
Lauren Brownlow on Twitter 1:23 PM - 24 Nov 2018:
"There was no fight. Not to my knowledge."
"What would you call it?"
"Their team was celebrating and our team was celebrating."
"What was your team celebrating?"
"My team wasn't celebrating. Their team was celebrating in our end zone...But there wasn't any fight."

To the general point about painful losses, I was chatting with a Hokie colleague on Wednesday and remarked that the way we could both really mess up the rest of the season was for us to lose to them (maintaining their streak of wins over UVa for another year and for them, in turn, to lose to Marshall (which is no pushover), thereby ending their bowl streak, all the while paying $300K to do so.
We're half way there now.
