Duke redshirt junior quarterback Daniel Jones earned ACC Quarterback of the Week honors following his 547 total offensive yards during the Blue Devils’ 45-32 victory against North Carolina this past Saturday, announced the league office Monday.

The accolade is the ninth league weekly award for Duke this season, second for Jones in 2018 and the sixth career ACC weekly accolade for Jones.

I was wondering how many times Daniel Jones had been singled out for ACC honors before.

I also appreciated how the ACC saw fit to award Duke 3 more points and take away 3 points from Carolina, giving Duke a more comfortable double-digit victory.
