Have not seen it but the reviews are pretty mediocre. I have found that these sci-fi mystery kinda shows sometimes start interesting but then get bogged down badly as the audience wants answers to the mystery but the answers would mean the end of the show. For example: Lost, The Event, Flash Forward.
Meanwhile, the wife and I picked up The Good Place a few days ago while waiting for the new TV season to start (we just got done with an Ozark binge, really dark stuff but fun) and it has instantly become one of my favorite shows. We are 9 episodes in and this is one of the most clever and well-plotted sitcoms I think I have ever seen.
